Mentors act as a guide, role model, and sounding board. All mentors complete a background check. If you are not sure what the role involves, read what a mentor does and where the role's limits are.

Mentees are matched with a dedicated mentor for the full nine months. You do not need prior experience, only curiosity and a willingness to show up. See what a mentee gets.
