LDG Presents: Sacred Submission: Kink, Spirit, and the Transcendent Body

LDG welcomes back Matt and Daddy Robert (last seen unpacking Daddy Issues in June 2024) for a fierce and heretical ritual of sacred kink, spectacle, and transcendence. 

We’ll explore the queer body as a site of invocation, kink as ritual, and Dom/sub dynamics as mirrors for transcendent archetypes: father/son, master/student, lover/guide. We’ll examine how, “Oh God,” uttered mid-orgasm might be more sacred than anything behind a pulpit, and how queer men—long estranged from traditional religion—may be sitting on a spiritual superpower we’ve left collecting dust in the trauma cabinet.

Through flogging, confessionals, and conversation, we’ll ask, What if kink isn’t just hot—but holy? What if transcendence lives in the play, the pain, the performance? And we’ll examine how the achievement of bliss is a direct correlation between two arenas historically very segregated but with possibility for great exploration.
