LDG Celebrates 10th Anniversary
On July 29, 2006, over 250 people participated in a momentous celebration bringing together a diverse cross-section of BDSM and queer organizations, elected officials and other prominent members of our community. The reception and celebratory program, held in the Ceremonial Room of the San Francisco LGBT Community Center, provided an ideal setting to honor LDG's ten years of service and to acknowledge those pioneers whose vision and foresight fostered LDG’s mission of making BSDM education accessible to our community. We at LDG express our gratitude to our community sponsors and donors for their generous gifts. Special thanks to our Mistress of Ceremonies, Donna Sachet and our featured Keynote Speaker, Race Bannon. We also wish to thank our numerous volunteers, for making this event an extraordinary and memorable occasion. All of you helped make this milestone celebration in LDG history possible. |
